Ellijay Wood Fired Pizza

This place is quite popular. The service was quick despite being super busy. The staff was great and the pizza hit the spot. Super fresh ingredients and the perfect crust makes it worth trying. The only drawbacks were there’s only one bathroom so there was always a wait and they let people inside the with their pets which isn’t necessary since they have outdoor seating.

Large windows face the main roundabout. Service was fast, accurate and friendly. Pizza was very tasty with perhaps a bit too much extra oil. Stop by when in town!

My daughter and I had a fantastic lunch here today! Marcella was able to get us a window seat, looking out on the busy street. Gabriel took excellent care of us and gave wonderful recommendations on Pizza. The Pompadour with chicken and the black goat pies were delicious.!

Best pizza between Jasper and Blairsville - really best pizza we’ve had in Georgia. Highly reccomended you order a black goat and meatsiah pizza. Also always check the special board. Today was brisket taco pizza with cilantro slaw and drizzle.

We had no expectations but left wanting to make the 2 hour drive just to come back here! Love the Mushrooms!!! The seafood/ cheese dip was amazing 👏
