Ellianos Coffee

We like to support smaller businesses, even smaller franchises, yet today put a damper on that. After sitting in line for over 20 minutes, we were finally the second car from the drive thru window (granted there as only 4 cars ahead of us when we arrived). The barista reaches out the window and places a cone down saying the window is closed. So that left us either going down the other side and waiting another 20-30 minutes to get to the window or go somewhere else. That is not how you treat customers, very unprofessional. And this was one of our dedicated shops to visit.

Love it but the app needs work. I cannot order my guilt free coffee on the app because all they have is the guilt free freezers. Also I am sad I can’t find the nutritional facts on all of the drinks to know which one lines up with my macros and so I can track them in my food logs.

Really disappointed. I usually loveee coming to Ellianos when we come see my husbands family but this trip was awful. The wait was a good while because they only had one lane open. But usually to me the coffee would be worth it. I absolutely love (or used too) but the guys making it poured sooo much milk in it I couldn’t even taste the coffee and hardly the syrup.. thought maybe I just caught them on a rough day but seeing the reviews it’s not that.. hoping next time I come they get better service/management.

I have only ordered from this place once. My sister liked coming here because it is the only place in town that makes the drink she likes. Having said that she comes often and for whatever reason her drink is never correct. Her drink is simple and she tips well. After waiting 20 mins in line I was asked to drive around to their side where now I’m the 5th car in line. Super unprofessional as well un friendly. Will not be going back!!!!!

This location is consistently slow, even when there are only a few cars in line. I once waited 18 minutes for a simple iced coffee with just two cars ahead of me. The coffee itself is good once I finally get it, but the long wait times keep me from coming as often as I’d like because there are not enough employees working to keep up with the customers. It would help if management hired more staff or adopted a system like Chick-fil-A or 7 Brew, where employees take orders outside to keep the line moving.
