Ellianos Coffee Perry

We stopped on our trip down through Florida. We didn’t know by Google but it is a drive thru kiosk. Five stars for my husband’s latte with almond milk. Nice flavor and perfect temperature. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One star for my dark mocha Freezer. It was pure sugar and had an odd bitter bite to it with an awful aftertaste. It had an extreme amount of chocolate syrup in the bottom that added even more sugar. Unpalatable. I had to throw mine out. Waste of money. But husband enjoyed his. It was our first time with this coffee chain. We won’t be going to this chain again. We will stick to local small business owners.

Baristas Jasmine & Rhi were very nice and quick. Rhi greeted me carside and took my order. She kept a smile and sounded very sweet! I've seen Jasmine a few times and she is usually professional and quick with ensuring items are brought to the window. There are a few more at this location (Ellianos in Perry, Florida) that have great customer service! (For the food, I love the warm cookies, apple cinnamon muffin, and grits bowl only with bacon! I left it a 4/5 because the croissants are not always consistent but that could just be how they are supposed to be prepared. I LOVE croissants.)

Lack of consistency. Each time it's a different project yet I always ask for the same thing. I paid extra for an extra shot of espresso because my latte comes out different each time. Sometimes it tastes right other times it's just hot milk. This time when she handed it to me it was so light that when I pulled away I pulled over to carefully remove the foam to see where my coffee started. Not pleased after paying that much! They've convinced me to stay at home an extra few minutes and make my own. I've always left a very generous tip because it's typically local young people starting out but I guess it's not appreciated.

Thu was wonderful! Super friendly, efficient, and made my experience at Ellianos even better. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Great service — thank you, Thu!

This was my first time trying this place and it was amazing. Thu made my coffee and it was the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. It was better than Starbucks. I will definitely come back when I come to town, especially when Thu is there!
