El Mariachi Mexican Deli

Craving some tasty tacos & found El Mariachi nearby… definitely a great find, limited seating but well worth the home cooking! Huge protein portions on the 3 tacos, carne asada, carnitas & pollo. Wow very nice presentation & such fresh flavors, these were hand made moments earlier.

My barber was telling me about a hidden gem in the Byram area of Greenwich. He told me to try the Carne Asada torta. I went in and met the owner Pedro who quickly put together my torta. He was super welcoming and made me watch to try some more menu items, but I was in a rush. The Carne Asade torta was delicious and a great balance of spice and sweetness. I went back for a second time and got the beef burrito. It was delicious. They cover it like street corn. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of their menu. Ok, wow, 😨 mind is blown away how amazing my chicken quesadilla was. Served with a smile by Pedro and for $13 it was very reasonable. Chicken is fantastic and rojo salsa has a great heat, salsa Verde is delicious too... This man clearly knows his grill from an absolutely beautifully presented quesadilla to a broad menu of authentic Mexican dishes, burgers, tortas, cemita, fajitas,ensaladas, burritos and dishes including what looks like the best breakfast menu in the area. Run, get take-out here if you like authentic Mexican this is one of the best I've ever found and I've been searching...

Hands down this place has the best tacos I have ever had. Super authentic, very fairly priced, and quick service!

A small Hispanic deli. Saw good reviews, but wasn't sure what to expect. Wow. Delicious! Quesadillas were fantastic. Some of the best I've had. Fajitas were also delicious, but no tortillas. It did come with rice and beans, so I didn't miss them. Will definitely go back.
