Great food. Enchiladas and fajitas were tasty 😋 Staff is friendly.
It's a fast and busy spot. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday, we got a table without a wait, but 20mins later it was completely full. Service was very fast and attentive. Large portions, and chips with salsa and bean dip when we were seated.
The parking lot was full for Mother’s Day dinner. We were seated quickly and the service by Jorge was great. The food was great. Mariachi for Mother’s Day was a nice addition. We will plan our trips between Washington and Utah to include El Caporal.
The fajita burrito is just delicious. Carne Asada is very tasty. My wife loved her tostadas and their kids menu is great. Great atmosphere wonderful place to dine as a family.
Best Mexican food I’ve ever had! And I’ve been to a million other Mexican restaurants! The one in Burley, ID is excellent!! Servers amazing and attentive and fast service too!
