The 208 Grill

On this trip through Burley, I finally got the chance to try The 208 Grill. Last time I came through it was closed, so I was glad to stop this time. I ordered the 208 Burger. It comes with a beef patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo, and their 208 sauce on a potato bun. And yes, I had to ask for no pickles because who needs that kind of betrayal on a burger? The burger was really good. The patty was thick, the veggies were fresh, the bun was soft with a hint of sweetness, and the 208 sauce added a flavor you would not normally expect on a burger but that worked perfectly with everything else. Returning home to Washington after visiting Utah, we did a quick online search for a place to stop for lunch. The reviews for The 208 Grill won us over—and we’re so glad we went out of our way to try this cute little spot! (It was only about a 10-minute drive from the freeway exit.) We ordered the Market Salad, the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich with sweet potato fries, and the 208 House Salad. Everything tasted fantastic, and the presentation was excellent. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Our first visit to 208 Grill was an absolute delight! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was lively, and the music had just the right rock ‘n’ roll vibe. It’s a bit off the freeway, but well worth the drive. Everything felt fresh and new, making for a great dining experience. Pro tip: BYOB—bring your own bib—because you won’t be able to stop slurping up the sauces! We had the 208 and jalapeño ranch sauces. We had originally tried to visit on Valentine’s Day, but the place was packed with a line out the door—a clear sign that this spot is a local favorite. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a really nice place to eat in Burley. They made it really comfortable and the food is always enjoyable. I'd recommend it as a casual place that usually leaves most people full and satisfied for a good price. The only drawback is the hours don't often make sense to me, but it isn't enough to diminish the experience overall.

I am visiting Burley from out of town & I am so GLAD to have found the 208 Grill. Of course it caught my eye with it's modern font, logo & the re-use of their old gas station building. Just from the font choice & clean look I knew I was going to love this place. Stepping inside, the decor & atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Clean. Black & White. Simple & Modern. The menu is easy to see up on the big screens where you order. I picked their grilled cheese & the soup of the day was broccoli cheddar. YES PLEASE! There is TONS of seating inside and TONS of seating in a shaded outside area. I sat outside & the food came out promptly. It was quick, piping hot & delicious! I always try to find non-chain restaurants when I'm traveling and the 208 Grill was 10/10.
