El Camino Real

This really was a cool place with a good vibe. Love the patio area and service. The tostada ceviche was okay, but the carnitas chile Verde taco & steak Mexicano(ribeye) were seriously delicious 😋 👌 along with the spicy salsa. I'm not a fan of the chips and salsa or house margaritas. They were okay but should be the best part of the meal, IMO. For those reasons 4/5 stars but overall, great place!

We are here on our way from KC to Springfield. It was not busy and the service was great! The lunch fajitas and the taquitos were very good (would recommend) the beef taco was only just fine.

Good food at great prices. Best of the best was the “Special dinner” (a little of everything), two plates full of tasty food. Kitchen was awesome, we were a party of seven - the kitchen cooked our food and it was brought out to so exceptionally quickly. All very hot, and looking and tasting great. Our visit didn’t start the best, we arrived and stood in the entry around three minutes before being acknowledged and the place was nearly empty, unsure what took so long. We were seated and 10 minutes later we were asked for our orders, after which chips were brought to the table. Finally, we requested very spicy salsa and were told they had it and would bring it out; it was never brought out.

The best value Mexican! Great portion sizes, fresh and tasty. Good service and nice size booths to sit in. Margaritas are huge! The shrimp is fantastic value and you can make your own tacos from the shrimp plate. Chips and salsa refills. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Fast service. Tilapia tacos were awesome! Fried up WHOLE filet pieces, crispy and hot, served with fresh pico, cheese, and shredded lettuce in flour tortillas. Good horchata and salsa too. And they have the el Yucateco hot sauce I like, as well!
