Einstein Bros. Bagels

Super spacious inside and friendly workers! I got my bagel super quickly and it was delicious

The photo speaks for itself. I just found the dead fly after eating more than half of the fruits. Is this considered a health hazard or is it OK to have a fly in your fruit salad?

Plenty of options for both drinks and food. Clearly well loved by the neighborhood. Atmosphere is okay, the layout is real open which can feel a little public. I'd love it they made more personal nooks to hangout it, but thats me nitpicking.

Einstein Bros Bagels in Champaign is fantastic! I tried the Farmhouse sandwich and it was definitely delicious. while the Farmhouse was a hearty breakfast delight. The bagel was perfectly toasted, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty treats!

It's okay. The bagels are not great. If you don't compare it to any other NYC bagel place, you'll probably like it but if you have such a place as a reference you'll be sorely disappointed. They barely put any cream cheese. The gourmet bagels toppings like green Chile were nice. Just wish it was on a better made bagel.
