Cozy bakery that makes delicious cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and brunch foods. We've gotten birthday cakes, cinnamon struesel bread, several different pastries, and more from Rick's for years. We'll always recommend them.

A very lovely bakery place with a small town charm vibe. The prices are very friendly for all people, students and locals. And that makes this place quite impressive!!!! They have quite a variety of baked pastries. I tried Rick's style croissant (😅🤣) both ham & cheese and spinach & feta cheese, they are very good. The churros here are also good. Recommended!!!!

Won’t be going there again if I could get a refund I would have but my daughter needed a cake and cupcakes. Cupcakes were lopsided and no decorating on top of cake. And the cake is dry. The decorations I got from Amazon good thing I had ordered them. Paid $105 for these, never again will I be going there. Especially when I see a bug crawling on floor.

One of the best hidden gems of Urbana. Tasty pastries, vegan tamales, coffee, and breads! So much we still need to try but we can’t stop getting our favorites because they’re just so good! The day old pastry packs are such a good deal, too. Whenever you need a local pick me up, skip Starbucks and hit up Rick’s. It’ll put the chain shops to shame.

Came here last year for the pączki and came back this year for them and more. Always friendly service and good food. Would love to try more from them at some point. As for now can definitely recommend the pączki, chicken tamale, and challah.
