A real find, “thanks Siri” for a breakfast/lunch (isn’t that brunch?!) after our hike in Quogue! Peaceful and nostalgic. Super relaxed and food was terrific! A “recommend” when you’re out east. (Added bonus are some classic early 70’s Life magazines while you wait!)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ekart’s Luncheonette in Westhampton. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. I stood at the counter, making eye contact with at least five different staff members, but not a single person greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or offered any assistance. I honestly felt invisible. I tried waiting patiently, hoping someone would notice, but after several minutes it became obvious that no one cared. It’s shocking that a place that relies on customers to stay in business would treat people this way. I have never felt so ignored walking into a restaurant. First the place was cold and Drafty . I ordered the egg white omelette which was cold and very thin . I ordered the Gluten free sourdough bread which looked more like a white Bun . The Omelette didn’t come with anything fires or home fries . I was with the party of 9 and most people agreed that the food was a disappointment. We will not be going back again.

Love the nostalgic beauty of this place!...& the food is very good also! Great Turkey Panini, & Grilled Chicken Wrap, & Breakfast Burrito! Great Long Island History inside!
