Early Bird Cookery

Amy and her team did catering for our wedding in Callicoon this past weekend. Throughout the whole time we worked together, even before the wedding, her calm attitude was something we admired and appreciated. We did a tasting with her early on, it was lovely. On the day, the table setting was so good, made me cry. the food was spectacular, service was amazing and everyone was super nice. If you have any catering needs, this is the place to go. I would give 10 starts if I could. Thank you Amy!

Just superb! Everything that comes out of this kitchen is exquisite. (I have a very soft spot for the vegan chocolate mousse, oh my goodness!) Super lovely + friendly owner Amy Miller and all those under her employ are a delight too. Really ncredibly thoughtful meals, everything done with intention and love. (Home delivery on Mondays or buy their prepared foods at The Pantry - same building) You can't go wrong! Just sooooo good!

I recently had an experience with my new neighbors' restaurant that left me blown away. After mowing their lawn as a simple act of kindness, they generously gifted me a selection of dishes from their restaurant. Not only had I never tried their food before, but they also didn't know anything about my food preferences. The surprise was all mine when I discovered just how incredible their dishes were. They provided me with chicken parm that was simply unforgettable. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, the mozzarella tasted fresh, and the seasonings brought it all together with a perfect balance. We had the most amazing experience this past weekend catering from Early Bird Cookery! Amy was wonderful from start to finish. We were celebrating my husband's birthday up at our cabin with a group of friends and the thought of cooking for everyone for 3 days was completely overwhelming, when I just wanted to enjoy their company and chill. Enter Early Bird! They provided the most delicious and fresh food for us. From breakfast to lunch picnics to dinner trays, with a peach cake for the finale, you can truly tell the pride that they take in their ingredients, the way everything is packaged and labeled and to the little touches, like a bud jar with fresh flowers. Extraordinary food, extraordinary team - I can't speak highly enough about Early Bird Cookery, which I've used for catering for big and small gatherings. Amy Miller is a master chef. As much as I can, I buy meal bundles to get me through the week. Her food is utterly healing and delicious. It just makes me feel better about life itself.
