How lucky are we to have a gluten free paradise in this little town! Karen, the lovely owner and founder, is a delight: warm, welcoming, kind. And their gluten free baked goods (yes everything) are just divine! (My favorites are the savory scones, omg, my hubby is a big fan of their chocolate chip cookies!)... so go on over and treat your tummy (with kindness), and enjoy a nourishing chat with Karen at the same time. This is a very special place and we are so lucky. Thank you Karen! For all your goodies and for being here for us!

I was in town for a few days and was eager to try celiac safe food; got so much more than I expected. Karen is absolutely lovely, she was kind and sweet with my kids, offered endless samples and I ended up coming back a second day in a row. I cannot pick a favorite of all the things we tried, but I am sad watching my freezer stash diminish. We had chocolate babka, chocolate chip and fudgy cookies, glass/linzer style shortbread cookies, cupcakes, apple turnovers, apple cider donuts, orange cake with glaze and kiwi, muffins, chocolate rugelach, blondies, brownies, bread and the best straight from Italy pasta. You would never know any of this was gluten free at all, it was all incredible. Come to Westchester or ship, PLEASE!

I ordered a vegan carrot cake to celebrate our son’s wedding. My daughter-in-law is gluten and lactose intolerant. I assumed this cake would primarily be for her so I also ordered another cake from elsewhere. The carrot cake was delicious! It did not taste like anything was omitted or replaced. Everyone ate it and we couldn’t get enough of it. It was dense! And delicious. I will order from this bakery again.

The apple cider doughnuts are immaculate. Best we have ever eaten. We have ordered multiple batches of their frozen batter over the years because we live out of state and all other doughnuts have seriously been ruined for us. We don't bother buying any doughnuts anywhere else anymore. County's doughnuts are perfectly textured with such a satisfying bite! They don't sit heavy on your stomach or make you feel sick or ashamed after you eat a whole batch without sharing (and I really test this every time I buy them). I am always really delighted by County Bakery and how good I feel after eating their treats. I will be a customer for life, even though I have no gluten related sensitivities and live out of state. They are just a superior doughnut (and all their other stuff is impressive too!)

If you are looking for delicious buscuits, cinnamon rolls and more you've come to the right place. Oh and even better, they are gluten free, not that you'd even notice they are THAT GOOD. My husband has celiacs disease and for once we were all trying to steal his treats. Can't recommend them enough!!
