Dyberry Forks

This spot is so good I've gone twice this month and already have a other reservation booked. Definitely my favorite restaurant in NEPA right now - and top 3 meal of 2025. From the creative cocktails to the downright delicious food, Dyberry Forks needs to be your next date night spot. The staff is amazing and the quality of their products is insane. I highly recommend the lavender duck confit and the chestnut mushroom ice cream!

We sat outside at Dyberry Forks and had a fantastic meal. The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. We ordered the BLT, eggs Benedict, and some prosecco—everything was made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients and tasted amazing. We also had one of the best desserts we've ever tried. A perfect spot for a laid-back, delicious brunch.

Beautiful, chill environment with great seasonal menu. Roasted root and Brussels and bacon small plates were SO good! Will return to try the handmade cocktails.

We had the pleasure of eating at Dyberry Forks in Honesdale, PA. The food was absolutely outstanding! The restaurant is very charming with a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly, and they work together as a team to get things done efficiently for the good of the business as well as the customer. The food is fresh and flavorful. Just finished an excellent meal with my husband! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. It's cozy but does not feel cramped. We had a 5:30 reservation on a Saturday and were pleased to see that it was lively but not too busy throughout our meal. Our waitress was very nice and enthusiastic about the food and ownership of the restaurant. It really added to the experience! The true star of the evening though was the food! It felt like every bite was well planned and flavors complimented each other perfectly in just about every dish. We started with a couple of cocktails. An espresso martini for my husband and a lavender Tom Collins for me, at the server's recommendation. My drink was nice and light and reminded me of a summer lemonade.
