Vinny's Original Brooklyn Bagels

I was back in my hometown after a few decades away and was surprised to see a real bagel place here. This isn’t exactly a strong bagel region, so I had to try it. I’m glad I did. I quickly made it part of my routine, stopping in about once a week for a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel with egg and cheese. Always excellent. The only time I went wrong was when I tried to get clever and ordered a salt bagel to avoid seeds stuck in my teeth. Let’s just say they take the “salt” part seriously. I scraped most of it off and it was still very salty. But that one’s on me. I ordered a salt bagel, after all. Great bagels, friendly staff, and a place I’m happy to recommend. I’ll stick with the everything bagel next time.

Vinny's was pretty good. I have to say im a little disappointed by the food we had. Although it was fresh, it was lacking when it came to how much was on it. We ordered cream cheese and fresh lox with the works, and for $9, there was barely anything on it. Light cream cheese, paper thin tomatoes, and very little lox. The one gentleman that took half of our order was very kind and polite and the woman that took the other half of our order seemed to be a little sassy and have a slight attitude for no real reason. She wasn't mean but a little sassy. They have plenty of parking, outdoor dining available, and a lounge on the side of the building that is really adorable and cozy to sit and eat in.

Excellent fresh bagels with a good assortment. The cream cheese is so good. The staff is always present even when it gets busy.

Bagels are outstanding. Had an everything bagel with cream cheese and it was fresh and LOADED with cteam cheese. It was around 11 o'clock and place was crowded. The staff was excellent taking orders and getti g them out in a timely manner. The bagel was priced well and you certainly got your moneys worth.

If you’re looking for some delicious fresh bagels, fa’get’a’bout it! This is the place to go! Besides having great food with a lot of options it’s refreshing to have a bagel shop in Honesdale not wearing their political views on their sleeve. If you don’t want social commentary with your food and just want to enjoy some fantastic bagels with a great staff, this is a breakfast and lunch must! I definitely need to stop by for a dozen bagels. There’s a good selection. I had a bacon and cheese sandwich and the bagel was a perfect combo of crunch with a soft fluffy interior. I would think a toasted everything bagel with some cream cheese would just be…*muah*
