Dutch Bros Coffee

I am a loyal customer to Dutch bros and I come almost every morning, tonight when I came thru the drive thru the first thing I noticed was the two baristas were laughing and joking and weren’t even taking me serious, I ordered a golden eagle half sweet and they asked if I wanted to tip instead of turning the screen for me to select like usual, when they made my drink I could tell they weren’t doing it right maybe because I didn’t tip. I got my order and it was honestly the worst drink I’ve ever had from Dutch bros with absolutely no sweet at all just espresso which I told them to add. I am very very disappointed and I honestly don’t know if I will ever come again any time soon. Starbucks here I come.

So I started coming here recently & I’ve always had very good experiences but today was not one of those good experience days. So I ordered online & I get to the store to pick up my order, I’m informed that they don’t have a drink for me. I check my app & of course it didn’t go through no biggie. I put the order in once again, they receive the order & I’m told it’s going to be a few minutes since they just got it. Once again not a big deal, I go to sit in my car because I’m cold. I want to say maybe like 5 minutes go by & I go check on my order, and one of the young ladies very politely asked my name for the order & one of the other ladies making the drinks was like I left it out on the counter and it’s been sitting there. We stopped at this Dutch Bros while visiting from Colorado and had a really disappointing experience. We ordered a large double-blended Rebel. The blonde barista with glasses was great and apologized for entering it incorrectly. However, the blonde barista without glasses was extremely rude about the situation. We were asked to pay the difference for the corrected drink, which we were willing to do, but at every other Dutch we’ve been to, they’ve never made us pay extra when it was their error. On top of that, she demanded the incorrect drink back, when usually Dutch Bros lets you keep the mistake. The energy at this store felt really rough and unwelcoming. Good Morning, So I consider you guys my Chick fila. Great personality. Well today I go to get my Golden Eagle that i get ever morning. So I guess this morning I ordered the wrong drink. i get up to drive through and the young lady goes here is your I don't know what drink it was but it wasn't what I thought I ordered! Lol. The young lady wasn't my friendly Dutch brother people she Demanded I take the drink! She did not say owe you can pull around and we will correct just demanded I take It. So I drive around go to the window( Happy to see my familiar Dutch bro. employee) I told her what happen and she immediately begin to correct my order.
