I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A. The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The staff greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was accurate. My chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the waffle fries were fresh and cooked just right. Even during a busy rush, the team stayed organized and kept the line moving quickly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which always stands out to me. Consistent quality, great customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back again soon.

Issues everytime we come. Never have Mac and cheese when we come & dont tell us to after we paid for it. Also bought a bottle of sauce they forgot & had to walk in after realizing that and missing an order of fries. Most recent time they confirmed 2 honey, and wasn't in the bag once we got home along with no straws. I usually never check my bag with chick fil a bt looks like we'll have to.

This place features many good food options with great quality. The team members are always very kind and are trained to be so. They are always very quick to make corrections and make your stay better! If you are hungry and want good service, come down to Chick Fil A Lake Worth for a good time!

Chick-fil-A always has great food, and this location was clean with very polite staff. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the seating situation. Out of the 10 booth seats available, 8 were taken by employees in uniform on break, each sitting alone. I didn’t mind sitting at a table, but a larger group of about seven came in afterward and struggled to find a spot big enough for everyone. None of the employees offered to move or help, so I ended up giving up my own seat so they could sit together. Not a huge issue, but something that could be improved for a better guest experience.
