Sat 9/27- note is to management and other patrons: full time Wilmington Resident here. Came this morning at 9am to bring my two children for a requested morning treat. Young woman who took my order and rang me up was very nice. Gentleman with long hair (sorry didn’t look at name tags, guess I should) who gave me my coffee was definitely “off” - ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my 6 year old son- got all the way home and it was a crossaint sausage egg and cheese which he will not eat. So thanks for that. -called the store to inform them, and assuming there was only one gentleman on shift today, he answered the phone- and was very disingenuous in his apology and offered for me to drive back “to get my bagel” so convenient packing two children back into the car to drive back downtown to
Excellent Boston donut + hot chocolate. Service sucked.
Sparkly, well-staffed—with some very cool seeming people I might add!—and nice, normal donuts. I love the tables. Any store that lets me and a friend sit around for over two hours despite having cumulatively spent about four dollars has a special place in my heart.
A small-sized Dunkin Donuts that has everything the larger places have: donuts, coffee, tea, sandwiches and other drinks. The service is fast and there is space to sit and enjoy a drink with friends. It has an easy drive thru as well. Additionally, it is also part of a Sunoco gas station.
Completely disappointed with my experience here. We always come here every year when we go to Maine for vacation and this time was absolutely unpleasant. I wanted to order munchkins for my daughter and they had almost NOTHING prepared including regular donuts. Now I accepted it and decided to sway and get her some hashbrowns THAT'S IT, no drink or anything else since we were already prepared there. With that being said, I ordered first then about 5 more people ordered after me. I waited +20 minutes for the guy behind the counter to even acknowledge me (after EVERYONE ELSE left with their coffee and food). He says to me 'Oh what are you waiting on?' And I calmly told him 'just an order of hashbrowns' to have him tell me 'I thought I gave you them already...' Mind you I was BY MYSELF so what
