Great experience, really enjoyed speaking with the owners they were quite nice. Overall really delicious place, may have the best wings in Vermont, they are smoked and have a delicious coating of their homemade maple sauce so HIGHLY recommend those wings. The pulled pork was okay thought it could have slightly more flavor, but the brisket was really good as well and had a great bark and flavor to it.

We should have taken photos! We ordered a platter to split and it was perfect. It was a very large portion and the price was excellent. The BBQ was moist and tender the smoke ring on the brisket and flavor was on point. Mac & Cheese, Cornbread and Slaw, all delicious. The guys have a great vibe going too. We are looking forward to Bao Buns & Ramen at their other spot tomorrow!

Amazing pulled pork sandwich and shoestring fries. Food came out quickly. Meat was tender, buns were toasted perfectly, and a great balance of sauce, pickles, and slaw.

Absolutely unreal BBQ. And I’m from the south, I have high expectations. This was made with love & heart. I had the pulled pork platter with Mac n cheese and fortunate enough he made blueberry cornbread. 10/10!!!

I honestly feel this the best bbq in the Dover/Wilmington area. They are amazingly nice, huge portions and awesome food. I would sooner buy from them than most of our local restaurants. I recommend to all of my guests that come up on vacation. See pic I just posted. Wings and a loaded baked potato with pulled pork, fried onions and sour cream! Yummy
