Dunkin’

Would have given five stars, but at 8am the dining room was locked and the drive through took 15 minutes. By the time I got to the window another employee had arrived to help. I felt terrible for the girl who was working alone (I presume). I have zero complaints about her. She was kind, respectful, and worked as quickly as possible.

This is my first experience with Dunkin Donuts and I am amazed by the quick service. Despite there being 5 groups in line ahead of me, we got in and out within 7 or 8 minutes. The specific donut I came in looking for was unfortunately not available at this store but there was still a wide variety available. It was a Buddy the Elf Donut. All in all it was a good experience and I left with a smile on my face. The actual donuts were pretty good, I recommend this restaurant. As it is a new store and today being its Grand Opening, I expect my opinion will change in time. I arrived at the store moments after someone had vomited in the entrance way. The managers and workers were on top of it immediately and cleaned it up fast. This did not affect my visit.

Stopped on 02/20/26 @0930 and the doors were locked. Multiple people attempted to go in to not have to deal with the drive thru and they didn’t open the doors. They didn’t give this gentleman the correct order so he had to walk back to the drive thru line multiple different times just to get someone’s attention.

I've been to this location several times, and let me tell you, you can tell the management of this location needs a complete overhaul. The customer service experience is very poor—no greeting when you walk in, extremely slow service, and employees who clearly don’t want to be there. Most of the negative reviews here are a direct reflection of improper management and disengaged employees. Granted, I hold high standards as a former Operations Director at Chick-fil-A, where customer service and training were taken very seriously. This feels like a case where the owner/operator has taken a hands-off approach, likely unaware of what’s actually happening inside the store—hiring practices, staff training, cleanliness, inventory, and overall culture. The worst DD service and management in the country by far. Every time you go to this location when there are no customers there is a massive wait and the food is wrong. DD need to switch out this management and change the culture of this store.
