Everything about this place is horrible but the worst customer service ever! And this is the second time! They don’t understand you and don’t repeat back to you so the order is always wrong!!

They don't know how to prepare coffee. The coffee doesn't look fresh. The cream seems to have curdled in the coffee.

Not all Dunkins are created equal. With super friendly staff, excellent service, an immaculate interior, and fresher tasting donuts, this Dunkin is king or queen in this area. At the end of one early Covid-19 day, their donut selection was diminished but they let me have all of the ones with sprinkles for my kids... and me! Donut stop, get it, get it! Zero stars for this place. I have reported them to corporate for the rudeness I was given here. I showed up here at 7:50 on dec. 1 and the place was closed up, When i called the store to asked why the lady said its basically 8 and i may not speak to a manager or have her name. She needs fired and you need some serious rebranding of staff here. I will continue to press this issue until resolved. Closing early and then being rude is not correct work ethic and needs to be looked into.
