Fast, pleasant guest service. My Carmel espresso was good. But assorted dozen of donuts for the office was not so festive. Two colors in my assorted donuts chocolate and glaze

I’m disappointed with my visit this time. The young man who took my order didn’t seem to know what a sundae is and served me a very small scoop. I’m willing to give this place one more chance, but if I encounter this level of ignorance and incompetence again, I’ll have to find a better option.

I usually wouldn’t take the time to write a review but today? I have time! Though the line was long, the worker taking my order/handing me my food was extremely pleasant. He honestly turned my day around with his attitude! On top of the great customer service, my food order was correct and hot. My coffee? Perfect- and that is telling. I usually dread going to DD but I might have to come here more often!

0 stars. I ordered but then decided based off the poor attitude of clerk and lack of items on stock to leave and go somewhere else. You can't talk right to people, I can't trust you ain't doing something to the food
