Dunkin'

Food was fine, typical Dunkin' food what really pissed me off was when i went to look in my hot chocolate cup it was barely 2/3 full. When we asked them if you could fill it up a little more since we paid almost $4 for an empty cup. We were met with very rude service and they just told us no, no reason why, just no. The whole tone of the lady was straight up rude. If i’m paying for a drink, i would like it to be full to the top. Simple as that. I don’t know who it was but the lady had very straight darker hair. Decently young on Saturday morning at 9:15(ish) I am very unhappy with the attitude and blatant disrespect and rudeness we received with our order.

I had to contact corporate about the avocado toast I just received from this location. The “bacon” on my avocado toast was more like the burned on scraps of the oven? I took one bite and had to spit it out it tastes so disgustingly burned! The “bacon” is completely black and burned. Never been so disappointed. Absolute waste of $5!

For the 3rd time in a year I received a regular coffee when I ordered (very specifically) a decaf. Regular coffee for me equals a sleepless night! I'm 66 years old and I've been a Dunkins customer for all my adult life. I've gotten regular coffee in error maybe twice in 50 years. To get 3 in a year is simply unacceptable. I guess I won't be able to have my coffee treat at Dunks because losing a nights sleep is torture! Your staff needs to be trained to be less careless

Unfriendly service here like most of the Dunkin Donuts in the area. I'll go to Aroma Joe's from now on.

Every time that I have come here; no matter who it is on the speaker. They speak with the most unenthusiastic, unhappy, monotone voice when they take your order. This is the script every time "Can I help you..?", "Yep.", "Anything else..?", "Come on up.". Do you think it changes when you get to the window? No, it does not. They tell you the total without even a "hi" or "Good morning", they take your money, hand you your food and not say a single word as you leave. I get that you may not be happy with your job. I don't know what you have going on in your life. Of course, its not my business. However, if you are working there, and you are over the age of 25, more than likely you are there to support yourself and possibly another human being; to pay rent, buy food, etc.. With that k
