Dunkin'

My wife and I have our Dunkin date (with the dog) each weekday morning. The staff literally treats us like family. They are kind, fun, and generous. They even keep fresh lemons in stock (all year long) for my wife’s iced tea. They are the only D&D that still provides fresh lemons!! We are huge fans!

This is the Dunkin to go to on 22! You will have a great experience. To the staff are exceptionally kind. It's more a family unit vibe than get your coffee and go impersonal vibe. Definitely pick this one

The drive-thru service really needs improvement. The employee was impatient and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. The products are usually good, but poor customer service ruins it.

He stole my moneyyyyyy !!!! I went through drive through and ordered 1 medium iced vanilla chai tea no ice 1 strawberry sprinkled donut 1 boston creme 1 old fashioned 1 banana When i got the bag i opend and looked in and seen a chocolate with sprinkles and i squeezed the bag over the donuts and they were hard i wanted a refund . So he ask for the bag then checks the donuts and then touches them without having wash and sanitized hands. So now i really want my refund. Now hes going back and forth with me arguing that it was in there and i just ask to pay for the drink and the banana which was 6.20 im guessing so he refunded me 3 times. So where good but then i leave and he charged me again without my permission

Disgusting . Matcha taste like milk and didn’t bother to Fix it or make a new one
