Dunkin'

Small but clean Dunkin. Friendly staff. Doughnuts were fresh and tasty, however not much of a variety.

This place needs some detailed cleaning. You won’t feel like sitting there. I got an order of avocado toast, hot chocolate and hash browns. The food was good. The customer service could be better. The server taking the order should be able to make the customers feel comfortable.

Probably the worst Dunkin experience. The man making the order was so rude and obnoxious. He made our whole order wrong. His name was MASUD. He charged us for anything and everything. When we went to complain he acted like nothing happened and just gave us $4 back. He was just annoying, rude & absolutely weird. Don’t got here. So disappointed

Horrible customer service, and gave me a dirty cup with a lid, all I asked for was warm milk for baby’s bottle, and a donut, the lady in a rude tone says anything else?! And I said no that’s it, the guy gives me burning hot milk, to the point where it was hard for me to hold the bottle, I asked for cold milk and an empty cup and he gives me a dirty lid, and in his language (which I speak as well) he said I’m holding up his customers, plus he gave the customer who was after me, their order first, even though all he had to do was heat up milk for me, I’ve been to every dunkin no one has ever given me an issue on this, everyone was always understanding except this location! So rude for no reason!

They’re always selling old, hard bagels. I’ve complained multiple times, and every time they promise to give me fresh, soft ones but nothing ever changes. I’d rather go to the Manhasset location, where they always serve them fresh and right.
