Dunkin'

Usually I have a good experience here, but today me and my family came in and placed our order . My dad asked for hash browns and the guy that was taking our order never put it in the order . When we waited almost 15 mins for our food , the bag was missing hash browns ( it was also given out to another customer by accident, which happens not mad at that ) my dad told the lady that he was missing his hash browns and they told him he didn’t order any ( he told the guy he wanted some ) When I went up there to receive the hash browns the girl said “ you weren’t rung up for them so we gave it to you for free”, and immediately turned around and left, even though my dad ordered it ( it wasn’t on the order ). i wanted to gate keep, but this is truly the best dunkin. i make a 25 min drive out of my way to work to get coffee here. (they make the best cookie butter latte.and they are CONSISTENT!!!!!!!

The store and restroom was CLEAN! I ordered coffee & a croissant. The croissant was good. I asked for sausage & egg; she added cheese... The coffee was mediocre. It was heavy on the cream & fairly weak. I would have preferred to add my own cream; that option wasn't there. I thought the price was a little steep for $7.24. The service wasn't extremely friendly either. I probably wouldn't return...

Good doughnuts but expansive. They always seem to be out of glazed doughnuts ( you won't get a dozen after 4pm) and getting doughnuts an hour prior to closing is not gonna happen because their focus seems to be going home and not serving the public.

WALKED to see 5 high-school kids 2 with heads down the on Center counter Island table. 4 kids behind the service Counter so disheveled their hair looked like they were riding in back of a pickup truck. With only 5 types of Donuts to choose from @ 3pm!. It's was Election day & I wanted to take Poll Workers something oh wellllll!! Had to wait for a Med Coffee with Sugar and Fake Cream...er! It was like going to Waffle House getting fake Pancake Suryup and @ a Movie getting Fake Butter. (Oil)..like Oil on Popcorn not Butter!! I miss Ukrops Standards!!
