My sister got a coffee here today and after drinking most of it we realized there was a large chunk of mold embedded in the ice. We called the store to let them know about the situation and we were hung up on after telling them we found mold. Very disappointed in this entire experience.

The only Dunkin' Donuts I go to. The best service all around me. Everyone is super friendly and polite. Always clean and organized. I live in Bergenfield and drive out of my way just to come here.🥰🔥🔥🤩🤩
I highly recommend that anyone looking for a friendly and convenient Dunkin chooses another location. I parked in an open parking lot where there are multiple facilities such as Dunkin and other store fronts. I had to stop for 5 mins to check on an order at one of the store fronts and then was going to stop into Dunkin to get munchkins. As soon as I parked I had a man run towards me telling me I could not park my car in the lot. Wanted me to move my car. There were no signs indicating that the parking spot was for a specific location. He began to explain that it’s his building and the parking is only for people who are going into his building. It indicated that nowhere near the parking. I shouldn’t have purchased anything from This dunkin but I wanted to express my disgust and disappointm
