Subject: Complaint About Poor Service and Incorrect Order Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at your Dunkin’ location today. Date & Time of Visit: Today at 6:33 PM Order #: 876 Order: Large Hot Original Coffee, 4 Caramel Swirl, 4 Regular Cream & Sugar (based on the label on my cup) When I placed my order in the drive-thru, the employee who took my order did not listen to me carefully. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. Because of that, my order was made incorrectly. Additionally, when I asked about using my Dunkin’ rewards, I was told that they are not using rewards anymore, which I know is not true. I’d rate this place zero stores. Simu and Paula were very unhelpful. I placed an order for a frozen chai and they said they didn’t sell that. I explained to them that they’ve always allowed me to in the past. I drove towards the window, when I asked for a manager and Paula said she was the manager there. I asked her if can kindly add a bagel to my order because their intercom at the window was not working for the both of us since they didn’t understand me and couldn’t take a appropriate order (they literally yelled at me) Eventually I was charged for a large frozen coffee. Going into 2026 very soon and it’s sad how some people show their prejudice. This morning I went inside the Dunkin’ because I wanted to use my points for one free coffee and one of my favorite ice coffee. When I walked in, there was a guy and his son first leaving out and the cashier was nice to them, however when I walked in the store, I’ve felt her mean look. I was polite and placed my order and explained to her I wanted to redeem my points for the coffee. She had an attitude like I was making her job harder, but rung me up. She wasn’t welcoming. People like her a person can trust especially if they are making your drinks and food. I had to really watch her when she was making my drinks. When she gave me my drinks, I’ve smiled at her and thanked her, she wasn’t welcoming, cold and star

New location is sleek but that's about all the positive I can say about this location. The staff are rude and unwelcoming. I've gone through the drive through several times and have never gotten so much as a "hello". They just take my money and hand me my order - all while having body language indicative of me interrupting them. While I've never gotten a wrong order, I have noticed that the hot coffee is very acidic/burnt tasting while the cold brew is often weak, seemingly watered down. Also good luck trying to order donuts or bagels later in the day. They'll either be sold out or have near stale items left. I am a Dunkin fan but honestly, I just go to the Starbucks across the street now if I need a commute coffee/breakfast. Steer clear of this location. Just look at the majority of r
