Dunkin'

This is the worst donut stop ever. My husband has always been a KK fan, and we usually go there as it's an easier stop for us, although we joke about my past liking of Dunkin. Yesterday we were going to see someone in the hospital and decided to get some donuts to share with him. This was around 1 pm on a Sunday and there was no one else there. At the counter almost half of the trays in the display case were empty, and there were none of several of the donuts we like. There were at least 5 employees I could see, and a few of them were playing around by the drive through window and were so loud I had to raise my voice to order. I asked the girl working the counter if the donuts were fresh, made that day. She said they were. They WEREN'T. I was embarrassed to have taken these to someone. We

Went drive thru ordered a hot original coffee 6 mixed doughnuts. Tried to give me iced got to window pay and he hands me iced coffee. I hand it back to him saying this is supposed to be hot. He did a redo and then I was good. Went on with the day of a good start. Overall gave 3 stars for coffee mishap. Thanks

You need new employees. No excuse for this. If your employees didn't constantly mess up every order I've ever made in the Drive-Thru then it wouldn't be a problem. But unfortunately I need to be standing in front of them for my order not to get messed up. That door should never be locked until 8:00 when you are supposed to be closing not one minute before that.

Very nice and clean location, plenty of Halloween 🎃 spirit and decor. The employees are very nice and busy! 5 out of 5 for this Dunkin.

the ladies that helped me and my friends were SO sweet and SO helpful!! we were stumped on what to get, and they gave us some great recommendations, would definitely come here again and i gotta say this is the best location ive been too!
