Have to give a huge shout out to Maddy! Stopped by today to see what they were all about. Maddy was so super helpful! She explained all the drink options and helped me choose, I got a iced coffee with white chocolate and marshmallow. So good!!! Will definitely be back:) I love when people are super helpful, it makes me feel welcomed when I have no clue what to get! Great job y'all!

I came to get a drink when visiting for a volleyball tournament, and the lady working helped both myself and my friend so much! We weren’t sure of what to get, and she was very informative and helpful. Not to mention the drinks were AMAZING- The flavor was still strong even after we had been coaching for hours. The size you get is also great for the price. If we find ourselves at the same tournament next year, this will be a must stop for us again!

Best Nutrition shop I’ve been to. It’s a great place to just relax and enjoy a shake or Tea. The owner Gabby is beyond personable and I’ve found myself spending lots of time there just chatting. Haven’t found a thing I didn’t like, everything is super tasty. Not to mention, it’s not expensive like most places.

Gabby and the crew are just the best! It’s the only way I start my day. I love trying new teas and Gabby never steers me wrong!
