I was baited like Jalen Carter by a spitting Dak Prescott today, by who I think may be the owner? I asked for some ice to be taken off my drink, because the cup was full of ice and hardly of coffee, which the girl he was training had no problem doing. But he had to mumble under his breath then go out of his way to explain to me that I should have selected “less ice” on the app. I was immediately seeing red and told him I’d been ordering on the app for years and that amount of ice was excessive, and he kept arguing with me. Embarrassing myself (yes, you shall call me Karen), I argued back and promised I’d be making a bigger deal about this interaction than needed to be, had he just stopped trying to force his hand, so here I am. Never had an issue either in-app or in person. Always very friendly and efficient, even with crazy lines or crowds. Food is 5/5 with consideration that it is a Dunkin.

I love the guy in the afternoon and evening . He makes my iced coffee and sandwiches perfect. Now if I go in before he is working its a totally different experience-orders are wrong or items missing and iced coffee not even close to the same. The young girl working there could care less. Today I ordered my coffee and asked 2x for doughnuts she just ignored me as she was to busy talking to a co worker.The same girl who last week didnt even make my sandwich for an order placed on their app. Then when I asked for it she made it wrong-3 ingrediants and she made it wrong -come on. Yesterday ordered 2 sandwiches both wrong again. Guess they dont need more $$$ and make the sandwich the way they want it. Today ordered a sandwich with no egg. Of course it had an egg on it and a hair gag!!! Update

Such a shame I have to write this review, as this is my go-to Dunkin. Well, it WAS, not anymore. The customer service has gotten very bad as time has gone on. I placed a mobile order, never had any issues before, until I decided to pre-schedule one for a different time. Received the "thank you" confirmation, and thought that was it. If there was an issue with the card on file, it shouldn't have given me a confirmation! I went to get my order and they didn't have it. I showed them the confirmation, and they said maybe I didn't submit it. Um, obviously I did or else I wouldn't have gotten a confirmation. Then the very rude and loud gentleman with the glasses made me feel like an idiot in front of other customers, saying maybe I didn't have enough money on my card, and screamed next customer
