Dunkin'

Ordered boxed coffee for an office meeting during morning rush hour, staff was so lovely and efficient!

We went during Halloween and I was over charged. After asking for my receipt the woman at the register was bother by my request and asked to check my kids Halloween baskets to make sure I had not taken anything. She doubles charged me on a few items and we ended up getting searched like we had stolen items. Terrible service.

The a.m. manager Donovan (same man that’s been in multiple negative reviews I see) yelled at me and humiliated me in front of a lobby full of people for being in the restroom for 16 minutes (I have stomach problems and just got abdominal surgery) never in my life have I experienced something like this. I’ve worked customer service jobs my whole life and I would never do such a thing. This man insists and brags that he can’t get in trouble for how he treats people, we will see about that clearly I’m not the only one- he is just a mean and nasty individual that should steer clear of customer service

I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Always courteous and it was nice to see the employees happy to see their regular customers and enjoy the friendly banter. Great way to start the day.

I am So upset today went to Dunkin Donuts in New Providence to pick up my hot green tea that I ordered online. I've noticed one tea bag said green tea and other tea bag label missing. I paid no mind. As I'm driving to work I'm sipping and my tea didn't taste the same. Then the aroma hit me one tea bag is "Mint". Whomever prepared my tea purposely took tag off tea bag. I am having stomach ache because mint don't agree with me. I am HIGHLY upset a worker would do such a thing. This Dunkin Donuts I'm reporting the incident.
