Dunkin'

Decide to have snack break for my long road trip and get some donuts and coffee. The server name Sharon really made my day!! She’s really sweet and kind! Her friendliness gave us warm welcome! The donuts are fresh and delicious. I got the peppermint mocha frozen coffee for drink. My favorite for the season! Definitely love this place!!

Went to Marianna Dunkin’ Donuts this morning. Really wanting to try something different So I asked the the worker what should I try? She said she got me asked me my favorite flavors and when I tell you, this is the best drink I ever had.! They were so kind and so sweet.

I wish not to give a single star. We ordered and waited for 35 minutes for our food and highly disappointed with the service and food we got. When reminded we were told don’t have time you will have to wait. So despite of waiting for 35 minutes we were given this attitude. 2 of my friends got sick due to under cooked food we were served and when complaint was made we were served burned food. The images have been attached. Dunkin should hire customer friendly people.

So stopped here yesterday as well as today and had a good experience overall. Grabbed some munchkin donuts and those were tasty. Also got a few lattes that tasted good as well. The restaurant in general was fairly clean, though the men’s bathroom could have used some attention. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful, and they made the experience fantastic.

I have never been treated so rudely after being ignored for over 10 mins. I was in a hurry so I parked and went inside to place my order because the drive thru was backed up with 5 cars. I was the only one in the store and all three employees saw me. One told me it would be just a sec. Well 10 minutes later after watching them take all the drive thru orders and talking among their selves, I asked if they were going to take my order and I was told to leave. If I could give the service a negative I would.
