Dunkin'

The food always has freezer burn, very unhappy and now I have no lunch.

Went there this morning for breakfast for myself and daughter and the lady burnt my bagel and bacon, when I got to work and realized. I called and spoke to the manager and she didn’t even care, she just said she would refund me like it was a usual thing for them. She didn’t even care to resolved the problem by training the lady to do better. She just kept saying she would refund me. The principal is not the money lost it’s the fact that I don’t have breakfast and I would’ve had to drive all the way back there for a refund. They need to do better. I wish I could’ve post the picture I took of this burnt bagel twist and bacon, had to throw that shit in the garbage.

Don’t go to this store, the service is terrible! I will give minus star if there is an option. The staff is so rude to the customer. So the quality of the drink and food are also very poor. It's hard to believe that such a nice neighborhood would have this Dunkin’ with such bad quality and service.

Just wanted the owner to be a ware coz everyone is super nice in plandome rd. I come almost every day to buy small drink. Last tkme i was on 1.27.25 The young lady with the hijab not sure ethnicity...VERY RUDE. NOT NICE AT ALL I put the date on purpose so owner know schedule. it shouldn't be cold atmosphere and rudeness. Over all good drinks. Hispanic girl very nice

Worst service I ever experience don't know how they are still in business, i wanted the owner to be aware of the morning team especially the lady who wears the turban she should be fired very rude and unprofessional
