Dunkin'

I was so excited to see a dunkin in Ludlow when we were visiting there . Everything went wrong with this one ! Location wise it was good , very close proximity to many things around. It’s next to a gas station, so , it looked extremely crowded for parking . There was only one spot for parking on the left side and a few more on the right , and it’s tough to get one . Service was slowww , and ordering was also very slow. They looked short staffed for the customers coming in. What we order wasn’t what we got : we ordered 4 hashbrowns and got only 3 … ordered a sandwich WITHOUT meat and yeah - they did it with meat …. Coffee was tooo milky and even with a shot of espresso extra , it didn’t taste like a latte that we drink elsewhere . Refresher was really good . Apart from that nothing el

Every single time I have stopped there, my order is incorrect. It’s frustrating, especially when you are in a hurry and don’t have the time to walk back in … just give me my hot chocolate, whipped cream with a mocha drizzle!

Went in at 545am, got service right away which is awesome but I'm never in a rush so it's never an issue at any dunks. Service was garbage. No good morning, no Merry Christmas or have a great day, nothing. Mind you when I walked in I was cheerful, polite and respectful. While I waited for my drink I had to listen to them complain the entire time about how miserable they are. When I got my drink I said thank you and have a great day and happy holidays and I got nothing in return. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and their is never an excuse to just be this .... Not rude but not polite either. I didn't feel welcomed and I probably won't be returning. Kinda regret giving them my money.

Employees extremely nice. I used to work at another dunkin and because of that I was given a free 3 munchkins. Extremely respectful and I would've done the same had the roles reversed. A great place to stop by with the family! This dunkin is underrated and is far better than the one in Springfield. Would recommend.

Convenient location but the staff is overwhelmed some mornings with mobile orders as others have noted. They need to have a new process for dealing with counter customers as I’ve waited ten minutes or more for someone to take my order despite there being several employees behind the counter. I’ve also watched other people walk out without ordering at all after long waits. Use the app before you arrive if you want to be sure to get food without a big delay.
