Dunkin'

Some days are terrible for service at this place. Otherwise good enough. My last 6 out of 10 dunkin midnights have been cold so that sucks. I'm not big on trying to return food because it's annoying. I ended up not drinking them for the most part. Extremely disappointing but I understand it gets busy but constant disappointment eats away at a man. The XLs are expensive too. Ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee and a medium hot coffee with just milk. Waited for 25 minutes. Girl who took order was eating a donut with her mouth open, while chewing making my ice coffee. No lid on my drink while she was "OPEN" mouth chewing over my drink. "DISCUSTING!!" Never going there again!! 1st time i stopped there in 5 year's and the last time!! We got our order before the 5 people that were in front of me which is also wrong!! This was at 3:00 pm on a Sunday after shopping at Walmart. I usually have quite a pleasant visit when I have stopped here ,but not this time. I understand being short staffed but there was 6 maybe 7 people working!! Parking sucks also. Ordered an English muffin and would you believe they gave it to us not only cold but buttered and untoasted right out of the package. And my coffee tasted like it's been sitting for awhile which made it taste bitter.

Bro, why it says they close at 9… you get there at 7:30pm & one of the employees have their cars parked in the drive thru so no one else can order. Sign on the door says lobby is closed used drive thru.

Terrible attitude from the staff. No one came to serve us at the register, they all acted dumb.The young woman who served us was so rude. They burned the sandwich from the person in front of us. The place is filthy, no napkins, they forgot part of our order that was charged and then gave an attitude and no apology for all their mistake. Wow I've never been to a dunkin donuts that which such nasty atmosphere and people.
