Dunkin'

Stopped in around 4pm on 1/1/26. The staff were so sweet and upbeat! Please pass my thanks and regards to the team working this shift. From the witty guy taking our order, to the kind gentleman serving the hashbrowns, we had an unexpectedly great experience during our pit stop back home.

I love you Dunkin and I would never ever rate you poorly but, the recent mega long waits with only 3/4 cars in the drive thru is saddening. Today 4 cars in the drive thru took 30 mins. Yesterday was a disaster at the drive thru and inside.. It’s never been this long before :( Also a lot of the new older age staff are rude and pushy, then get the orders wrong still or charge me for someone else’s order. Please fix, but if you don’t I’ll still wait in a line for a hour because your the best.

Thank you so much to the girl working the window this morning. I didn’t catch her name. She had dark hair but she provided 10/10 customer service. Will be returning due to her great customer service skills!

This is the worst run coffee establishment I've ever been to. I order 20-30 minutes before I get there and still end up waiting 15 minutes for them to make it when I get there. They are always out something. There needs to be some major changes to this store. I ended up leaving this morning because I couldn't wait any longer for my coffee. And I will be talking to someone about getting my money back. This is ridiculous.

Stopped in for coffee and to use the restroom. The interior was clean, but service was disappointing. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without acknowledgment, despite several employees being present. When my order was finally taken and paid for, the cashier struggled with their registers POS system instead of fulfilling my simple order first (large black coffee & two donuts). The manager stepped in but came across as condescending to staff, and then loudly addressed other employees while I was still standing there. The coffee was hot and tasted great, and the donuts were fine, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
