Ruby Tuesday

I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday is years, mostly because there aren't many left. Travelling from Sevierville back to Nashville, stopped to get a burger. This was a good decision. Burger was excellent, it really was. But the server was an absolute joy. Good servers are tough to find these days and she is a rock star. I wish I could remember her name.

Our waitress Kelley was very cheerful, attentive, and friendly. She made sure our drinks stayed full and that we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. The food was cooked just as ordered. My friends and I will definitely come back.

Kelley done a great job as waitress. However, I do have some constructive criticism. At least three employees sitting at the bar, or appeared to be employees, and the dining area and restrooms were just dirty. Also, the ceiling HVAC vents need to be cleaned. So when I see a facility that needs to be cleaned, including the windows, gotta wonder what the kitchen looks like. I was there 2:30 PM TO 3:00PM 1/20/26. Food and service were excellent. Server was Kelley. Only negative was the music was a little loud and the dining room was on the colder side.

Spouse and I did the Tuesday Burger special at RT inHarriman, Tn because.... that's it..just because. Any way I ordered the French Onion smash burger with grilled zucchini for the side and the spouse got the grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots. Pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty everything was. This was a good smashburger having juicy and tasty center with crispy edges... the perfect smash burger. Serious takes a good cook to turn out a decent smashburger. Our server was attentive and helpful. Good experience, and will do it again when I need a burger fix.
