Kroger Bakery

I will NEVER go here again when it comes to cakes. I ordered a cake 2 days in advance from when I needed it! Well I go to pick it up (3hours before my sons party’s started) and when I get there she proceeds to tell me they didn’t have my order so I pull up the email and show her where it was all confirmed and that it was ordered 2 days in advance. She then says o yeah someone just left with that. Umm excuse what do you mean someone just left with my cake. So I them have to stand there for over an hour waiting to get the cake made again! She kept stopping to do other things and so on. Well then I take it to the front to pay to find out the cake was $50 NO I didn’t order a $50 cake I got the smallest which was a little over $30 I take it back to the bakery for her to literally tell me yeah w

They do the best birthday cakes!!! My daughter was thrilled with her cake. Thank you guys for making her day really special.

It's Kroger, nothing spectacular. Customer service is NOT a top priority there.

Just wish they would make our store bigger.
