Dunkin'

Me and my friends go there a lot and the worker is so nice to us and gives us some free doughnuts sometimes

I was so pleased to visit this branch last night. I have been burned multiple times by Dunkin stores without any donuts. I arrived a minute before closing and there were a variety of donuts remaining. The manager was very cordial and even gave a couple extra donuts!!!

I went to this dunkin this evening and it was not busy, in fact i walked in and there was no one there. The manager was on the phone arguing with someone and i understand it was dead so i waited till he was finished. The phone call lasted about 10 mins. After he hung up he came to the register asked what i wanted then said “ok after this phone call”. I was a little shocked, i work in retail and that level of disrespect to your customers blew my mind. I ended up walking out. I have patience but your lack of customer service is terrible.

I come here all the time, literally multiple times a week. I came in and was denied use of the restroom without buying something. I buy like $25 for my office every time and I can’t use your restroom? Never again giving you business. There is a wonderful non franchise/ non corporate bakery just down the street.

I live approximately 2 minutes from this Dunkin’. Every time I go there I receive great customer service. I always am greeted by Chanchal and the ladies. If I have any concerns about an order, they are always quick to take action. I have no complaints about this location.
