always easy to get your order here very polite employees I never have a problem with my coffee. It’s always made perfect and I must get lucky because when I go there, there’s never a line. I think I needed to wait in line once.

The manager here is wonderful, the store is well kept, and the service is great. The staff is friendly and they do a great job of upselling and recommending new products/flavors. They treat their regulars like family and genuinely seem to care about us!

The employees were so efficient and got through the morning commute rush in 5 minutes or less. They were very efficient and friendly! The best location I’ve been too.

Patricia was very rude, I will never go to any location this company owns. I will go out of my way to do this. If this is the kind of people they hire, good luck! If I could give this place a minus two stars I would.

If I could give half a star I would, I drive by this dunks every weekend and each time I stop I say " I'll give them one last chance" but alas each time I've ordered food or beverages from this location, something is messed up. The service is always beyond slow, and sometimes the employees are both so friendly. Coming from the food business I know how much " fun" having to deal with a lot of customers can be...but don't make it make it keeps own that you can't stand tour job and that you don't want to be there. And once again I have a coffee that tastes like junk that I cannot drink, so I will not be returning back until I hear that the staffing has improved.
