This is a favorite for a celebratory dinner! It’s on the pricey end, but you truly get what you pay for. For special date nights, I cannot recommend this place enough. The handcrafted cocktails are exceptional and I am always pleased! The menu changes seasonally so everything is fresh and exciting. We almost always get the short rib poutine (which seems to be a menu staple). Every entree I’ve had here— from the scallops, to the short rib, to the filet— has been incredible and cooked just to my liking. The raw bar looks incredible too if that is your thing. It is pretty loud, but I’ve always been able to hold a conversation comfortably! The only thing we’ve never been super impressed by is the dessert options, but we’re always too full to care anyway. This is a fancy restaurant that's been on my list ever since. It was our anniversary recently, so we booked it. We loved the atmosphere and the service. Unfortunately, with my husband's prime steak, we ordered medium but it came to us medium rare. The meat has a lot of gristle, and was a low quality cut of meat. They made it right with service. But for a high quality restaurant and the most expensive dish on the menu, my husband can't eat the 'prime' steak. Other than the steak, we enjoyed all the things we ordered from the cocktails, clam chowder, all the way to the dessert. Good restaurant for special occasions and dates. We would come back again.

First time visiting before going to show in area. Very impressed with this more upscale environment. Loved the layout and was shown areas that are used in summer for outside dining experience. Service was spot on, all of our meals were perfect. Recommend the short rib and salmon dishes. Pricey so not cheap eats but food was worth it. Nice bar area if you prefer as well. We want to go back in summer for a whole different vibe. Didn't have phone on me so no pics. If you have never been try it, you will want to go back !! Just one guys perspective 😉

Had an amazing date night dinner. Sat at the bar for apps and cocktails and then moved to the dining room for dinner. Food, service , drinks were all great. The hill behind the bar is naturally beautiful

Forge and Vine is a lovely place with good drinks, excellent food, and outstanding service. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone for a special night or date; you cannot go wrong here.
