Dunkin'

Super friendly employees working Christmas Eve afternoon. Vibes were really nice as everyone looked festive!! Most importantly this is one of the best Dunkins I’ve had. Thanks y’all!!! You made my roadtrip better 🧑‍🎄

Stopped here quickly, or so we thought and went through the drive through. 2 cups of coffee, 1 black and 1 with cream and a breakfast sandwich. Close to 12 minutes and even then the sandwich was made before the coffee and then the guy came to the window with an iced coffee! Nope, 1 black, 1 with cream. Go across the street to McDonald's, probably better coffee and maybe a shorter wait time. Certainly not what I thought for a fast food drive through.

The worst managed Dunkin I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. After a 20 minute wait no one in front of me the guy takes my order. Makes me the wrong drink and over charges me. I request a refund another 20 minutes I ask the lady for a manager she is the manager. Finally gives me a refund recharges me for the right drink. No apologies no would you like me to at the very least reheat your sandwich nothing. Customer service is so important and lacking at this Dunkin.

Coffee was more watery than other dunkins I have visited and the donuts were really stale. The prices here were on the higher end also, compared to other dunkins (not sure around this area, as we live out of state) with a medium iced coffee costing $4.19, I usually pay around $3.70. I would skip this Dunkin for these prices and just get Starbucks where the product quality is more consistent, if a bit more pricey.
