Dunkin'

I’ve never had a problem here before. Been coming for ten plus years. For the last three weeks the manager has told me that because it’s Thursday they are out of my favorite type of coffee. They are clearly aware that they run out on Thursday and this is not corrected. I loved coming here but now I have to go to a whole different Dunkin on Thursday because the manager doesn’t know how to adjusting ingredient ordering

I walked in to order a wake up wrap at 5:45 on a Tuesday and they told me they don’t make food because they close at 7 ??? Meanwhile, I drove right down the street to the one in Longmeadow and they had no problem serving me my wake up wrap. Who stops serving an hour and 15 minutes before closing, come on …. Please keep in mind. The guy that was in the Dunkin’ Donuts with me was ordering a sandwich that they were making for him.

I honestly don’t even know why I keep giving this Dunkin another chance, because every single visit reminds me exactly why I shouldn’t. It is hands down the most consistently disappointing place I’ve ever been to, and somehow they still manage to get worse every time. I swear, it doesn’t matter if I go in the morning, afternoon, or late at night—this place never gets my order right. Ever. It’s almost impressive how reliably they mess up. You could hand them a written list, repeat it three times, point directly at the menu, and they will still manage to give you something that’s not even remotely close to what you asked for. Keep on keepin' on. It's not an easy location. It's not and easy feat being a Dunkin in MA. Against the odds that are thrown at them, they do the best they can here. Thank you Dunkin Longmeadow near the crazy rotary.

New new new. Been coming here most of my life. In the 2016-2020 range this place SUCKED but thankfully they brought in all new people that kick butt! They're awesome and food freshness and quality have greatly gone up! Thank you!!
