Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts! I walk in and there is 2 workers I see. One counting money and the other is looking around. I say hello 2x before a response. The one counting money says "you can order on the kiosk or I'll be right with you. I order 2 jelly donuts on the kiosk. After awhile, I ask do you have any jelly donuts and she says no! I say "but I already paid" " I said give me my money back but instead I opted for 7 jelly munkins. Customer Service is terrible. Please find another donuts shop!

UPDATE: after receiving such horrible service this morning i tried to reach out to the corporate offfice. I won't even bother. The reviews on the corporate level is lower than this location. SMH! This location is the absolute worst Dunkin Donut location in this area. I order here on two occasions and both times the customer service in the drive thru was deplorable. Last year i placed a order in the drive thru the lady was rude. Asked me in a rude tone to speak up or pull my car closer to the microphone. I was already as close as i can get maybe try turning up the volume to your microphone. I received my order paid and left. Told myself I will not return. When I say that the manager have no respect for the customer there! The lady in the front with the blue shirt on, I think she may be the manager. The heavy set light skin lady. She is rude and do not have no customer service. She act like she don’t wanna be there to work. She need to learn how to be more polite and respectful. I wish I knew her name! She was so unprofessional!

i know to never come here in the afternoons, theres a couple here that always takes forever and are very difficult to understand in the speaker. management needs to do better with who they hire or train better. ive had to many bad experiences and now i know better than to come to this dunkin

Great and quick customer service. My drink was made wrong, and they corrected it without a problem. The crueler donut was fresh.
