No stars. No cars in the parking lot when I sat in the drive through behind 1 car for 15 minutes, with no one answering the speaker. Had to call the store to tell them to answer the drive up speaker. Still sat in line for another 12 minutes before I decided to go inside to find one customer standing at the counter and the employee twiddling his thumbs waiting for coffee to brew to serve the guy at the counter rather than the people lined up in the drive through waiting 27 minutes for a mobile order that sat cold on their shelf right next to the drive through window. People behind me in the drive through obviously waited longer than 30 minutes for their orders. To say these people lack competency and common sense is a serious understatement.
I am up and on my way to work early. This store (Cooperstown, NY) cant make good coffee in the morning. My coffee tastes like it came from 3 different pots that were never rinsed out from being cleaned. I do not stop at this store often because I am disappointed every time I do.
Wife and I stopped here after going to the Baseball Hall of Fame to get a coffee and refresher on the way home. The person working the window seemed very annoyed when I asked about the refresher flavors. When we pulled around they had us wait 5 mins for our items. The store was not busy and I could see our drinks waiting inside. Dunkin locations have definitely gone down.
I stopped by for breakfast and they messed up both things I got. They burnt my bagel and I had to scrape the burnt parts off (my fingers were blackened by the time I finished my meal), barely put any bacon on it, and gave me American cheese when I ordered white cheddar. They also didn't make my lemonade refresher with lemonade because apparently they were out. They didn't bother consulting me about the lack of lemonade either and just made it with what I'm assuming was green tea, which I don't like. And no refund was offered even though both my items were messed up. I also didn't see any gloves being used.
I usually don’t have a problem with anything here if they mess up their usually busy and I understand but this morning they were dead , the women who gave me my order was rude and I placed a Mobile order, and one of the items was bacon topped avocado toast which I pay extra to have bacon in it and no bacon.
