Dunkin'

The service here was really horrible. I always absolutely love going to Dunkin Donuts but I have never experienced this type of service in my life. The lady who works the drive thru was very rude (I get that everyone has their bad day) but there is no reason for her attitude and the service that was there today. The coffee that I ordered was not good it was overly sweet and it tasted like she only listen to half of what I said. It was not what I had in mind when I placed my order.

I have gone to this Dunkin multiple times. It really has horrible service, I have gotten food with magnets in it. I have ordered on the go and ALWAYS got my coffee wrong I have ordered it 20 minutes a head of time just so that I know it would be done and most of the time it still was never done. I have been late to work because it was never done on time. Believe me I work retail and I understand how hard it can be, but most the time they were never busy and still get it wrong. I’m not sure what this store needs maybe new management or a new store manager. If I was the store manager I would be embarrassed for myself and that store.

This location is good. They get my order right and the food is pretty good.

Great morning crew. It is like going to Cheers, everybody knows your name. Service is fast and accurate. Stephanie is awesome friendly, beautiful smile and always looking out for you. I have to say that I’m pleased with these employees. I think the most important part is making sure that the people that you’re dealing with care about you and these people do. Coffee is always great. Always hot munchkins. Well I share those with a four-legged friend and he’s always happy. Overall, this is a good Dunkin’ Donuts and I really appreciate all that they do it.

Never have I had a problem with this Dunkin, until today. Two men working that I’ve never seen before working there made me two iced coffees, both being very dark.. I said “those aren’t right” he told me “oh they both just need to be shaken…” so I said “okay we’ll shake them because I’m not shaking coffees in my car.” He proceeded to say “the line is to long. Have a good day.” After taking them beyond annoyed and shaking… no change in color. No cream in it. Mind you it’s Carmel Swirl four cream four sugar….. thank you for ruining my Friday morning and my coffee.
