Dunkin'

My husband and I went this morning. The drinks came out terrible. There was so much milk in the latte that I didn't even taste the coffee. My husband ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso as is and his drink was disgusting. It looked curdled. Also idk why she only put one pump in my drink. Typically for a medium they put in 3 automatically. She just put one like I asked for it. Never had this issue before. We've had issues here before as well so disappointing

I would highly discourage to go to this location. There’s a Dunkin up the road in middlesex if you must get a cup of coffee- where they actually acknowledge you when you walk in. Horrible experience and will absolutely NEVER go back.

The manager Fahad was a very good person.He handle customers with patience nd professionalism which makes Dunkin’ a pleasant place to visit.Although he does not allow outsiders to park in certain areas as part of his responsibility, this rule is understandable and should be respected. He handles such situations professionally while ensuring order and fairness. But being a customer i parked there so many times

Unfortunately the only reason to go to this dunkin is the drive through. After that, your food will come out wrong and drinks will be off. I understand they are understaffed but after visiting 3 times I have to stay with the other one in town…

Today I went to get a drink and a bagel. Ahead of me, I saw a man trying to order two regular coffees, and he had to shout because the employee couldn't understand him. When it was my turn, the woman serving me didn't understand what I was ordering and told me I had to get closer because she still couldn't hear me, even though I was shouting! I asked if I could speak to someone who understood English. A very kind young man came over, took my order, and I went to pay. While I was waiting for my order, they gave me the wrong drink; they gave me something cold when I had ordered something hot. Then they gave me the cold drink for free, and then they finally gave me my correct drink. When I got to work, the bagels weren't toasted and weren't what I wanted, and my coffee was awful!!!
