Girasole

Cute little restaurant with friendly staff. Appetizers are pretty delicious. Really enjoyed the bruschetta, fresh mozzarella, and whatever the dish with different kinds of mushrooms was. That was so good. Entrees were not bad. The veal is a little chewy but in general was good. Now for my standard comments. The location is clean and well kept. Comfortable indoor seating. They have their own small parking lot.

We had a wonderful dinner, served by the amazing Aldo tonight. The specials included arancini and swordfish. The tiramisu, made by the owner’s mother, was traditionally delicious! The lava cake was decadent and the cannoli were freshly filled.The atmosphere is friendly, the service is extremely attentive and the prices were very reasonable! Highly recommended!

Girasole is as good as it gets, especially in Bound Brook! This place is an absolute gem and my go-to for authentic Italian. It’s the definition of an 'old reliable'—you just know you’re going to have a fantastic meal every single time you walk through the door. What really sets them apart is how they treat their guests. They make you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive, and it’s easy to see why they have such a loyal following. The atmosphere is perfectly intimate, making it just as great for a special celebration or family gathering as it is for a quiet weeknight dinner. The menu is consistently excellent, and the specials—from the appetizers all the way to the desserts—never miss. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on one of the best spots in New Jersey. Always a hit!

Outstanding! I hosted my daughter’s baby shower here and the food, service and atmosphere were great. Everyone enjoyed the generous portions and wide range of food. The staff made it easy to transform the dining room into an inviting jungle. I highly recommend Girasole’s for private events. This is my daughter’s favorite place so it was extra special for her to celebrate here. I cannot wait until my granddaughter is old enough to go back!
