Dunkin'

I’ve gone for 4 days and only gotten 1 drink that was drinkable. After bringing to the attention of the district manager that the eggs had a bad taste to them that got fixed so I’m happy about that, but the drinks are very inconsistent and made with sweet tea even when asked to be made with green tea. They are made aware of the issues with the drinks but have still not been able to get it together. I’m very disappointed after going there since they opened and it being good, now that they lost a bunch of employees it is this bad & a waste of money.

Every time I go here, something goes wrong. This is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on East Coast they don’t ever do everything right they act like they’re running a Hardee in there. I wouldn’t be surprised if in the next year or so they close it down and reopen the little Caesars. It was always hot and ready. 🤣Save your money if your headed to Lynchburg pop off on Timberlake hit that one or save your money for Vinton they got a OK one there and what is up with the parking lot the building and going around like a carousel they bought the building didn’t do nothing but slap their logo on it and called it good enough for Government Work the engineers you have to come down here and drive that loop every day

Only person in line. Employees standing around takes 6 minutes till they take my order, repeat my order 4 times and some how still mess it up. Forget donut for get toasting bagel forget putting cheese on grill cheese sandwich, honestly kind of impressive. How many Dunkin’ employees does it take to make a grilled cheese sandwich, obviously more than 3.

I placed my order 45 mins before they closed and got their 10 mins later and they tell me that they have new hours and there closing early. I proceeded to check the hours on the front door to confirm they should be still open. They tell me I can get a refund from customer service but when I call they no one could take my call. They are not reliable. Won’t be placing orders ahead of time anymore

Since I was last there in June, it seems all ordering inside is done by yourself at a kiosk. I was not greeted by any of the employees and they did not look my way until after the ticket for my order printed.
