Dulce vida creamery and snacks

Went for the first time for a family Valentine's Day trip. We saw their fun and engaging posts on IG and had to give it a try. The atmosphere is vibrant, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and the portion sizes are more than fair. Would definitely go again!

I really wanted this place to succeed. Dulce Vida Creamery & Snacks has a lot of potential, but after my visit, it’s clear they opened before they were truly ready. The menu is actually one of their strongest points. There’s a wide variety of ice cream flavors and snack options that stand out from what’s already in Statesboro. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives start to fade. Ordering felt unnecessarily frustrating. The staff behind the register seemed distracted and unsure, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. Items were either misunderstood, partially made, or needed to be corrected because specific requests were forgotten. Love it! Stopped in for the first time today. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was fresh and delicious 😋!! It would be a great place to have family birthday parties!

Wonderful place that should be packed with customers!! Every flavor you could ever need or want. Lots of savory goodies too! Service is speedy and with a smile.
